Starting at $4000 per month
Our base rate includes:
☑ Private accommodations of at least 80 square feet of usable floor space.
☑ Three home cooked meals daily plus snacks.
☑ Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's.)
☑ Medication support.
☑ 24/7 on-site caregiving staff.
☑ Housekeeping and laundry services.
☑ In-house physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), wellness support, social activites and engagement.
